It’s not even summer and yet the mosquitos and other biting bugs are out and about. Mosquitoes can definitely put a damper on the fun you want at any outdoor event. Whether it’s while you are trying to enjoy a glass of iced tea on your deck, trying to picnic outside or lay out by the pool, these mosquitoes just want to bite you!
Most mosquito bites will only produce a red bump and itching to your skin. This is an irritation which is caused by an allergic reaction to the mosquito’s saliva when it bites you.

When my family travels to areas where we know it is going to be mosquito-prone we will always take an insect repellent with us. It doesn’t matter if our trips are within the United States or outside the country, we want to always ensure we are protecting our skin.
When we travel using any airline, I like the ‘Skin so Soft Bug Guard Plus Picaridin Towelettes’. There are 8 towelette packages in a heavy-duty resealable bag. I can easily carry them in my luggage going through security. I do not have to check my bag because I have a pump or aerosol bottle that is larger than 3.4 oz. of liquid or gel substance.
