There are many things that can lead to thinning eyelashes. Types of drugs, allergies to eye makeup, poor diet, trauma and environmental toxins are just a few examples of what can cause thinning eyelashes.

Oils that help to thicken the lashes and promote normal growth include Vitamin E oil, Castor oil or Linseed oil.

Gently rub one of the above oils on your eyelashes and into your eyelashes every night before you go to bed.

If you are more into supplements than oils then the following should help with thinning eyelashes.

  • Vitamin A – promotes healthy skin and hair and is needed for all eye disorders
  • Vitamin B complex – The B vitamins help prevent loss of eyelashes
